I did not realize how heavy the 7" would be so I returned the 7" and 3.5" and kept the 2.5" for our 1st runner-up. I immediately placed a new order#1200033785 for the 4.5" for our Queen and another simpler style for our 2nd runner-up. The new order with the 4.5" arrived today and it is perfect. The return shipment was sent & insured on Monday, 8/28/23. I hope to hear that you have received it for my refund soon. Thank you for your quick delivery.
