The earrings are exactly as expected and look amazing on my dancer. The customer service was AMAZING when I received a call from an actual person after they noticed multiple orders places in my geographical area. They offered to coordinate a large shipment to avoid shipping fees for out team however the timing didn't work out. Just the thought and effort they gave to pick up the phone won me over. Would definitely order again.
